French patisserie

  • The concept:

    Aubert Ermisse organizes an exclusive introductory course for those seeking to become a patisserie expert. Each session is supervised by a renowned "Maître Patissier" (Compagnon du Tour de France). You you will have the opportunity to make gâteau de voyage cake, petits fours, tarts and so many other French specialities.

    The programme:

    Training duration is 2 full days. At the end of each session you will receive your diploma according to your level (beginner, intermediate and expert)

    Number of attendees:

    The ideal number is 8 attendees. Other group size, on request.


    The programme is organized in the city of Tours – Loire Valley (57mn by TGV from Paris)


    Aubert Ermisse organizes a full « package » upon your arrival In Tours, including your Training (supervised by a renowned Maître Patissier during 2 days – a total of 12 hours), all meals during your stay, accommodation in a charming 2-star hotel, double occupancy, the Aubert Ermisse's diploma.
